We stayed for one night as a stop-over on our way to Hlane. This is a beautiful camp site with water, braai facilities and shelter from the wind. The ablution block is old but clean and with piping hot water. The nature reserve itself has plenty to offer from hiking trips to game drives and the canopy tour. Very good... More

This camp site was a pleasant surprise. Well kept, beautiful surroundings with Blesbok, Eland and zebra roaming around. Ablutions were clean and had a hot shower from the donkey. The wind was icy cold being on top of the mountain, so make sure you bring warm things but definitely worth a visit! Didn't get chance to hike or do the... More

Great campsites! I felt like I was in an Northern Europe country but surrounded by blesboks... The campsites have a communal ablution block, toilets, great hot shower and place for dish washing. Each campsite has a small table and a braai area made with local stones which only added more charm to the celtic atmosphere! This Reserve was a great... More

We stopped after seeing Sibebe rock and the rock art paintings. It was a peaceful place to have a very reasonable lunch while watching all the grazing wild game. The mushroom soup was outstanding!

Lovely highlands with expansive vistas. On a rough dirt road about 5 kilometers from the cabins there is a lovely view. The park is not teeming with game, but I saw numerous blesbok antelope and some zebras and warthogs. Lovely, mountainous scenery. The cabins are inexpensive and perfectly comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good, too. Unfortunately, the restaurant... More

This reserve is not particularly scenic. The main reason to go is to see two famous waterfalls. The guidebooks don't tell you but it is at least a 3 hour hike to get a good view. If you don't mind hiking through rather listless surroudings, then go. But be prepared for rain and a muddy hike.

Went to Malolotja back in July and the ziplining was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend it and I would definitely do it again if I'm ever back in Swaziland. The guides were friendly and helpful, not to mention the stunning scenery.

Malolotja Nature Reserve and its canopy tour are a must-visit and experience if you are in Swaziland. The rolling landscape is amazing even at wintertime. The guides assured its breathtaking at spring and summer when the flora is thriving. But our best time is gliding through the treetops! The sight as you slide through the lush forest is beautiful. Our... More

An amazing, quite and beautiful park for hiking. We visited the park during winter, in July. The landscape was breathtaking, although a bit brownish and dry. We also had to deal with crazy weather which kept changing from warm-sunny to cold & windy every few hours. While we immensely enjoyed hiking, we felt we could have chosen a better time... More
