Must see!! Gorgeous lake nestled between mountains. A haven for photographers and a backpackers paradise. 100% recommend taking the boat out on to the lake.

Went in the early morning when it was cooler and quieter. I think you would get baked in he afternoon. Lifejacket provider. You can paddle yourself but we took it easy and had someone paddle us

Two night stay in pokhara is not enough to see all the beautiful site. Whereas one day is ruined by the rain. Another wonderful attraction in Pokhara. Very peacefully. Good thing is that you can't avoid it cause all the good hotel based on it.

Definitely, a visit to Phewa lake is always great. Although, it was raining we had a great experience as it stopped after we got into the boat. Boating was great.

With a warm fleece you should be OK. I would try the afternoon when the temperature has risen a little. It will be cold but this keeps the tourists away so it will be quieter at the temple on the lake hopefully.
