This is my first time to take a cooking class in Sompong Thai Cooking School with my family members; thus the dishes learn were less that others; however the techniques and knowledge were very useful; all of us were enjoy the cooking class very much.

Depends what day you go eg are they doing pad Thai etc? Look at their website & check which days you want to go. It has on there what you would be cooking so you can see if it's adaptable. They're very friendly so perhaps... More
