I was aware of this place but never put it on my "must do" list so when we took the wrong turning one night and stumbled across it thought we'd give it a shot. It's just a bar with a British theme. All the British beer was not available or stupidly expensive so we sat outside and had a couple... More

Service is good. The staff is smiling and friendly, but somehow seems unhappy at the same time. This is an English pub trying too hard to be an English pub. They have the "correct" type og menu, but with the wrong kind of ingredients - combined with some variable cooking. Closest station is Nana, which should give you a hint... More

A pseudo English pub that seems to represent all that was bad with British pubs in the 60's & 70's. And it has now found a home here in BKK, positioned at the end of a sordid soi that makes Sodom and Gomorrah look like Disney World. An overblown interior of flags and football ephemera that shouts out the tribal... More

Cracking little bar tucked away at the end of soi 7.1, dont know why it is called 7.1. nearest BTS is Nana. exit the station on the side where streets have odd numbers, look for the sandwich bar SUBWAY and head down the street. You do have to negotiate your way past a number of "massage" girls touting for business,... More

Ok it's in a skanky soi but don't think about it and walk to the end where the Pickled Liver is located. It's friendly English pub with a pool table on the 2nd floor. Tried a few simple dishes, not super but nice. Drink are well poured and the staff is always friendly, not pushy at all. Would recommend it... More

A very nice pub but difficult to find it in the end of a very small soi. If you know it it's a great location only 100m away from the BTS station. Nice cozy and good atmosphere. I was only drinking a few beer here, but the food looked rather good also.

Had heard about the pub before finding it by accident. One of the few places that could be relied on to catch a late night football game. Managed to drag my friends past the other bars to see what else was on the street and stopped in for a pint having found it right at the end of the soi.... More

Located in the very end of a shady Sukhumvit Soi 7/1 known for its sleazy activities, this pub is a true oasis. Great food and drinks at the average price - I'd say it's great value for money, and easily accessible from Nana BTS station (just a few minutes walk). Staff speak English and are very nice and efficient. Excellent... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
