This is one of the most popular shopping art complex that locate right at the HEART of Bangkok. Highly recognise as Art Shopping and a place to Shopping, recommended items are such as clothing by Thai Fashion Designer, shoes, handbags, Unique fashion accessories, jewelry and Thai souvenirs. Siam Center started operations in 1973 as Thailand's first shopping center of international standards. It marked the birth of Bangkok's booming retail business and has maintained its position as the city's fashion trendsetter up until today. After a major renovation, Siam Center reopened at the beginning of 2013 with a revolutionary retail development concept of "Ideaopolis". The shopping center serves as an arena of limitless imagination and creativity where art, fashion, technology and lifestyle converge. It aims to place Bangkok among the ranks of the world's top retail environments. Siam Center has also changed the face of Thailand's retail business with its unique "Absolute Siam" concept. For the first time in retail history, brand owners and retailers have joined forces to create new store designs for the shopping center that are distinct from any other branch. Moreover, 20% of the stores' offerings are unique to and only available at Siam Center. This is to create "the Most Powerful Retail Phenomenon", an unexpected and inspiring one-of-a-kind shopping experience for both Thai and foreign visitors.

Popular shopping mall

This is one of these more popular shopping malls of Bangkok. It's considered to be a high-end. Quite crowded on weekends.

This mall is so cute and different from anything I have seen before. It's like the stores have no doors and everything is connected. I've heard there's a good food court there as well though I did not visit. It was worth to check it out.

When you miss home and you wanna have some western shopping experience you should go there! It's a nice place to see also architecture-wise and the prices are western too! Pretty similar to the Discovery Center!

This mall was one of the first malls constructed in Bangkok in 1973 but after the Re-launch in 2013 their main focus is on the young and the hip crowd of Bangkok. It is located right next to the Siam BTS and there is a covered walkway to go directly to the Siam Paragon Mall as well as a direct path... If you like shopping this is the place to be. Don't expect cheap souvenirs (that's Khao San Road), don't expect small Thai vendors (that's Chatuchak Market). Here you can see an amazing food court, but also the big (and expensive) brands. This is where the Thai shops, the one who is relatively well-off... because we see many American brands, because... This mall I believe caters to the younger and hipped clientele. I went in the mall last Friday noon and this Saturday evening and liked the feel and ambiance at night. I really liked the choice of background music.

This large 4 story shopping mall was opened in 1973 and is located around Siam Square in the center of Bangkok. It's one of the oldest but was extensively renovated in 1995 and has > 150 stores promoting famous Thai designer brands plus 250 international fashion & leather goods. The first three floors mostly feature fashion & accessories and salon... More

Bought few pairs of shoe at jelly dream melissa at siam center. Didn't know the vat refund process was that store need to issue a form 10 to us so... More

Here you find all the nice asian products in one Mal. It's more quality shopping place, so the prices are not that cheap as somewhere else.
