You have to see the real thing as any imitation is never going to work. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery then this is the most sincere INSULT I have ever seen. It just happens to be part of a much bigger attraction

Miniature of the original. Was smaller than my expectations , i just spent 2 minutes here. Blackish and grey color makes it look jaded.

This is set within the grand palace and is said to be an exact replica of the temple in Cambodia. I liked it from the point of view it is exactly to scale (apparently) which means the real one must be massive! Good to see...More

Wow! The Mini Angkor Wat is an impressive and pretty amazing, carved model of the famous Cambodian Temple. It must have took a lot of time and effort to get it as details as possible.

Having been to the real Angkor Wat, I can’t decide if this amazing little model in Bangkok’s Grand Palace should be seen before or after the real thing. For before, the model is impressive and certainly has a huge amount of detail, and it might...More

Can't believe the amount of detail that went into this mini ruins. Great sight to see. It's great to hold your camera down the bottom of the stairs pointing to the doorway and take a photo, looks exactly like the real thing.

I don't understand the attraction of a small replica of an ancient temple. Angkor Wat is not particularly beautiful but it is still interesting due to its scale and history (both of which this much smaller replica version are missing).

While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok,
it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn
the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and
most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to
this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off
their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most
spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to
Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around
