For the cost of little more than a good dinner we had a great meal that we cooked from scratch. We were introduced to family recipes that we took home. We went to the market to buy fresh ingredients and to learn the essentials of a good curry. We made soup, curry paste ( i had no idea how that... More

An amazing experience , very hands on with lots of information, we went along to the half day morning with my wife paying as a visitor, cooked 4 dishes with a trip to the market . A must if you visit Chiang mai. I paid 800 bhat and my wife paid 200 as a visitor , and there was plenty... More

We went to the full day course today abs had a great time. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the cooking centre. We got to choose 7 dishes and we're then taken to the market where all the different ingredients were introduced and what they were used in was explained. After arriving back at the cooking... More

Art is the best cooking teacher I ever known. I learn so much from him. Perfect course for a fair price! You have to do it! Enjoy!

I signed up for the shorter version cooking class in the morning back in late June of 2015. I really enjoyed the experience. I did this with a couple friends, but could easily enjoy this as a solo traveler as well. We were grouped at the stove tops by our food choices, so all my cooking time was with other... More

This place was awesome. Everyone there is really friendly and they all love to joke around. The food you make is delicious and you get a well put together recipe book to bring home. I'd recommend doing the half day because by the end of the 4th course you're so full you can barely move! The only negative comment I... More

I was a bit hesitant to take a cooking class as I wasn't quite sure it would be my type of thing. However someone we met during the elephant sanctuary trip highly recommended it. We booked the half day class the night before and luckily managed to get a spot. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. I chose this... More

Was enjoyable afternoon, made spring rolls, a starter (satay chicken), a curry paste, a curry and a stir fry. All we got to eat afterwards. Got picked up from hostel, taken to the course, cooked, tried food and returned, with a recipe book as a souvenir. The afternoon seemed a bit unorganised, we had one guy teaching four of us... More

I really lucked out here. I booked a one day course for 1000bht and I was the only one there as it is off season. So I had one one which usually costs 3000bht! Chose six dishes. First went to the market to choose the ingredients! Really enjoyed the lesson.
