The dinner was excellent, beautifully served, tasty, with character. A really good meal for celebrating birthday as we did. The service was good and the birthday cake of fruit with candles was a pleasant surprise. The show itself consisted of two parts. Part one presented by the professional team was reasonable, the presentation was good although I think Thai culture... More

This was a fun little night that we both enjoyed as a couple. The pickup and drop off service was good and prompt. We were ushered in and had a surprisingly tasty meal with unlimited refills for everything (!!). The seating was good if you get a ground sit and hopefully a good view. The show itself is good but... Happened to be here as being arranged by a tour company. So, I don't know how much this costs. As I've visited Chiang Mai for the first time, it was OK for me to see the brief examples of culture of northern Thailand. You can imagine in some areas there are this kind of culture centre which show examples. It's... More

The dinner was average, nothing special. Do not expect too much. Old Lanna style dancing was average, just had the Lanna experience when you were in Chiang Mai.

Opting for a table puts you further from the performers, but is much more comfortable than sitting cross legged on the ground. The costumes were nice, but the dances were repetitive, and the narrator's English explanation was not understandable. The Khantoke dinner of local specialties was of poor quality, maybe our worst meal in Northern Thailand. If you are not... More

The food is cold when you first arrive; however, when they replenish empty bowls, its nice and hot. Sitting on the floor sucks after about 10 minutes, lounging on the pillows is uncomfortable. The dances are ALL very repetitive, after the first 3, you'll feel like you're watching repeats with different costumes. Would not advise to waste a night going... More

We enjoyed our evening here - relaxing and entertaining. There are markets outside the dinner hall to do some souvenir shopping (which is convenient when your days are filled with business). You remove your shoes to enter the open air theatre area. We chose to be seated at a table area, rather than seated on the floor. This was a... More

We were a large group of 10 and were seated on the floor next to the stage where the performers are dancing. The floor was not very comfortable and after sitting for over an hour, everyone was having trouble getting up and were feeling soreness in our backs and knees. The food was mediocre with very limited selection. They did... More

Food is traditional kantoke style - plenty of food...but avg to low quality food. The live music they played was good, but the dances and hillside people they had sorrowfully walking through was frankly boring. I'm sure it was well intended, just not our cup of tea
