Located just 30 minutes outside Chiang Mai, the Three Generations Organic Cooking and Farming Academy is unlike other area cooking schools in that it sits on a five-acre organic farm. Visitors can take individual classes as well as group classes.

I have done Thai cooking classes before and this was by far the best. Nid the teacher was very knowledgeable about not only local northern thai cooking techniques and recipes (she taught us dishes her mother taught her), but has professional chefing experience as well....More
