We had a great day with Yui. She explained a lot not just about cooking but also about the culture. We cooked 4 dishes and learned a lot! Very well organized, had an excellent day!

Yui was an awesome instructor who always pushed the bounds of what was "known" in the business and getting down to the exact science. This was also really great since she's traveled the world and explored the cooking/food limitations in various countries, i.e. some spices...More

This was my third cooking class in Thailand and absolutely the one that I was looking for! What sets this course apart is that the instructor, Yui, teaches you how to adjust the recipe to match your ingredients. Some fish sauce is much saltier than...More

She picked us up in her van, and even dropped us off after the class. It was a lot of fun and definitely added to the experience.

TA won't let me post the email address I used but I imagine it's the same one that's on the website. I wonder if Yui's out of town or something. It's worth being persistent if you have the time. It's a fabulous class!
