Highly recommend

Really highly recommended place to visit! Good atmosphere, cozy, friendly, nice design, taking care of students. The last one I think is very important and good sign! The classes are perfect, for any level - from beginner to experienced.

The best in Old Town, Chiang Mai

Their classes I had attended were my best yoga experiences so far. Very calming, rejuvenating, peaceful and joyful. Loved the sala, loved the teachers, loved the care they demonstrated for each and every person there. Highly recommanded!

Chi Kung breathing class

A practice to remember

I've taken just one class but if I'll come to Chiang mai again I'll certainly visit the studio! Great atmosphere pure and cozy. Tomer is attentive teacher, he provided accurate adjustment and great key-words during the class

Maika is wonderful

This place is a bit pricy but the teaching is some of the best I have experienced. The tai chi and qi gung classes are done very well. The space feels good, too. I would be there every day if it were more affordable.
