I was a little disappointed that making curry paste wasn't included in the school - the advice was it was easier to get at the Market - that is only if you live in countries where you can get it from the Market.

Hi we are coming to Phuket in March and my friend and I would like to do a cooking class, my question is would your class be safe for her as she has an anaphylaxis (allergy) to peanuts and shell fish ? Thanks Melissa

Hi, it's not my class :) we attended as tourists. There are peanuts and/or shellfish in nearly all of the recipes. Sorry.
