It is an average market, main advantage is that it is open till late hours at night. You will find many food, fruit, and vegetable stalls, in addition to a significant clothes section. The quality of products is ok but not very high, and in most stands plenty of room to haggle prices. Some will not bring the price down, but the majority will. I have brought the price down anywhere between 25-50% A decent experience if you have nothing better to do at night in Da lat, or if you want to buy some food or cheap clothing souvenirs.

Walked around as the sun went down. The food area was good, with a wide selection of local foods at good prices. I found the actual market a little same-same, with many stalls selling the same thing. The stall owners weren’t too pushy though

A must if you visit Da Lat. You see the local and night life of the city here. Walking around in the fog with your beloved one is just a memorable experience. Try out some local snacks around such as Kim Cuc ice cream (was recommended by the spa staff), that was the best ice cream in town.

Not much of any kinds of merchandise. Gangs just love to show up to see the crowd - cheap convenient way of outing. And for those street foods, the health department needs to do something about it. I’ve seen them prepared on the floor, in the toilet, and on the floor of the toilet. Aren’t you supposed to keep food under temperature control? They don’t know any better, folks.
