Fun cooking course with good insights in Vietnamese culture and cuisine. Our instructor Nhi was fantastic and great in communications! I really liked the walk at the market, with lots of information of how the market operates. It would be nicer if the class lasted...More

Our guide Vic was charming, funny and knowledgeable. I'm a vegetarian and all the meat dishes had interesting vegetarian variations. Vic was very attentive and put a lot of effort into making sure everbody's dietery requirements were tended to. Great experience, fun and educational.

The class was just okay. Things were a bit chaotic, maybe due to a larger class size and 1 teacher. I hoped for a good learning experience and good food. However, it was difficult to learn techniques and about the foods because different people were...More

I'm sure you can arrange it, flip them an email. They have glasses in most languages. You get to pick the time and the menu. They can offer suggestions but you decide.
