They block the roads off to cars, there are only a few scooters allowed through as well. Overall there was a lot of souvenirs to buy from here. It started to rain a little so bring an umbrella because there is little coverage. Everything from...More

If you need cheap trainers or knock-off Adidas t-shirts, you'll have a thousand to choose from. Otherwise it's plastic knick-knacks and phone covers. No street food you can't find in abundance everywhere else in the city. Don't make a special journey for this.

We were able to buy everything we wanted in the space of an hour: branded shoes, banana shirts, silk scarves (but not the Ha-noi t-shirt I found the next day).

Takes place Friday and Saturday nights. Lots of locals and tourists. Everything is for sale and everything is to be bargained for. People seem to walk up the right side of the street and return on the other side.

Enjoyed wandering through the night markets taking in the lights, ambience & the many colourful lanterns of this area. Safe, crowded, but lots of fun to be looking and seeing how the goods are displayed & how the people try to sell their wares. Many...More

There are many similar stalls but there is still quite a range of goods and bargains can be had by haggling with the stall holders. We bought a handbag, T-shirt and speakers and food from some of the many food stalls. It was very busy...More
