Pretty in the evening. Breeze is cool coming off the water. Small restaurants along the shore. Relaxing place. Not sure if it is really a destination in itself. But stop by if you are in the area for something else.

We had a walk around after visiting the pagoda. There is a nice breeze off the water and a favourite resting place for many of the locals. It’s a bit dirty at the waters edge but where isn’t nowadays. Enjoy.....

For me, I prefer to rent a bike or take a cyclo(about 5 USD/ hour) to go around the lake. This season, the weather is good for walking as well. There is a nice flower market near by West Lake I've always loved to visit... More
