This was a "must see" according to the guidebooks and we were not disappointed. The puppets were beautiful and the stories simple enough that we "English only" speakers were amused.

Even though we didn't know any word of what was said everyone in the family enjoyed it. Also bought some nice puppet souvenirs outside.

It's a wonderful experience, as it is unique. The actors are in water, submerged waist deep. Good mimickry by artists.

If you're staying a few days try and go to the book office as they have a seating chart for each performance. You might get lucky and get a front row. So in advance get your agent to check and book. Good luck and enjoy
