Love the architecture but the exhibits is so boring and less items. It is quite far from center and make sure it is not attractive tourist.

My biggest tip for this place is don’t go Friday as they close at 12.00pm. This museum covers the full history of the country from the French occupation to the Vietnam war. Allow yourself a good few hours as there are a few levels to...More

I mean the exterior is better than the interior. They could have this a better place for the local and tourist. Seriously don't even bother coming this place unless u have nthg to do. The hygiene in the wash room is also horrendous

I visited this museum on Sunday morning, and after 30 min visiting the ground floor exhibitions they announced they will close for lunch. A museum which is supposed to attract visitors, especially during weekends cannot close at 11.30am and stay closed for two hours. This...More

It's a waste of goverment money to build this one and now it's nearly becoming a parking lot. The architecture is weird maybe i'm not good at admiring it but for me I just feel nothing and waste of time to come here.

This is a truly boring, neglected and not interesting museum. No wonder it's free of charge. While the architecture of the building is lovely from the outside, the dull interiors and the lack of ANY interesting exhibits or English explanations of the exhibits - make...More

The museum had 3 floors and one was closed. Still, the collection is enjoyable, especially if you love 100 year old exquisite vases, clocks, watches, weapons, etc. that belonged to either the Vietnamese or the French in Vietnamese. I will never forget this one black...More
