The food we got to cook was tasty and there was a lot of it! Carving carrot flowers proved tricky. We booked on to a group tour, but were the only two there so it lacked atmosphere (obviously not their fault). We did not get to go to the market to buy ingredients as advertised and no explanation was given... More

Just completed the course this morning. With a fair amount of experience as a home cook and having taken classes already in VN was concerned that would be elementary. With the only other students an executive chef and his wife, the instructor geared it to an appropriate and challenging level. Great food, thoughtful teaching and delicious. And FUN!!!

Had so much fun with this from the market learning about the different foods to the cooking class. Class was set up well with excellent staff who helped with a smile and kept everybody interested and we all were amazed at the food we produced. Best part was the eating. WOW. Highly recommend this. Look forward to cooking Vietnam dishes... More

From pickup to drop off we had a great time. Beginning with the local market where the chef explained the ethnic foods to the layout of the class, it was top notch. The size of the group was perfect, the chef and helpers kept the class moving while we were learning. During the class we prepared four dishes and enjoyed... More

Good way to experience the real vietnamese food and its preparation. Had a great time. Pickup and dropoff from our hotel. Enjoyed seeing the food markets and its produce. Chef was professional and entertaining.

This was a real fun stop in HCMC. The class was more instructional than a real cooking glass...but that was ok. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed themselves a lot. I recommend this for couples and families.

Highly recommend this experience. We enjoyed every second and every mouthful of food. Our guide/teacher was delightful from the moment she picked us up at our hotel and took us for a tour of the market to the last divine mouthful of food that we prepared together. We enjoyed getting to know her (Dory) and our new cooking skills.
