This was a good intro to the many sites you can visit. We took a morning boat ride up the Perfume River which was different. It was nice to see this small tomb in the earlier part of the day before it got too hot....More

When someone dies we bury or cremate them. The closest generation remembers their contribution, their humanity, their humour. Minh Mang designed his tomb and increased taxes across Vietnam by 30% simply to create a burial site. It is a must see when you visit Hue.

Private tour of this tomb and our guide (Xi Nguyen from Stop and Go Tours) was incredible in her knowledge of the area. There is a lot to see and the area makes for some great pictures as well. We were in off peak season...More

Tomb and tombs one after the other, but you don’t have to climb to each summit. Walk around the side of the lily pond. It is exhausting sightseeing in this humidity, so don’t try and do the four sites in a day.

Very interesting and beautiful setting. However, it was so hot that it was hard to enjoy it fully. The tombs open at 6a.m., so I would definitely suggest getting there for opening time and making it back to your hotel by 10a.m., in time for...More

Wonderful visit with our two young boys aged 4 and 6. They loved exploring the tombs and feeding the fish. A great way to wear out little bundles of energy. We had a private English speaking guide, which made the experience even better. We learnt...More

It's a stunning, heavenly place. The elevated hills and temples, along with the different lakes, produce a wonderful environment. The point that you cannot use the tomb seems to maintain an air of mystery relating to this one. The very best of the three tombs...More

We went to this tomb as part of our private day tour and it was very interesting. The grounds are clean and tidy and it's worth the visit. Our guide was very knowledgeable making it more interesting.

I'd allow about 90 min of Minh Mang but a quick walk through could be done in under an hour
