What I learn't about this place was the history of the bubonic plague and one mans life that revolved around trying too cure this curse. Well, Nha Trang is a holiday beach resort so it is kind of a left field activity for this place....More

Not a big museum but very interesting and I certainly learned about an amazing person. It was well set out with plenty of written information. Not really suitable for young children who would probably be bored. For me it was a good history lesson.

It's a small museum packed with all the incredible things Dr. Yersin accomplished. Identifying the bacteria that caused plague was only one of many. Delightful experience.

This place might be a little hard to find for most. It's actually part of the Main Pasture complex. It's just to the left of the gate. Don't forget to buy a ticket first before going up to the museum. The exibit is a single...More

Many tourists, myself included, are likely not to know anything about Alexandre Yersin and his remarkable contributions to science and medicine. Thanks to a series of curatorial comments accompanying the exhibits in this small, modest museum I left with an appreciation and understanding of his...More

If you wonder, why this is less popular than the "Russian Information Center", dear museum officials, try checking your opening hours. I bet the center is not closed from 11 am to 2 pm and on Sundays AND Mondays...which, by the way, is different from...More
