המבנה הידוע גם בשם המגדל המשולש הוא מבנה הסטורי מהמאה ה14.נמצא בעיר העתיקה ברחוד קיצ,ק גאלה בדרך ממגדל העלמה אל הארמון.הוא חלק אינטגרלי מחומת העיר שתפקידה היה להגן על העיר העתיקה.הוא נבנה לשתי מטרות :שליטה על האיזור ובחלקו מחסן לכלי נשק.
שוקם ב2014.כיום מרכז אמנות מסורתית ומכונה בשם מגדל האמנות
