Going around the city from inside is a great idea ! around you will find restaunrats and cafes, souvenir shops, local people, not so croudy and not to many cars, many hotels. The best place to stay in Baku !

We loved this , we walked on the inside and on the outside. The wall are surrounded by shops and parks so much to do around this area. This is on the World heritage listing and it well worth a visit
