The Flicks Community Movie Theaters are the most unique locations in Phnom Penh where you can enjoy the blockbusters, documentaries and the classics on a big wide screen, in "uber-comfy" air conditioned movie rooms, from before there were big cineplexes. The Big Flicks 1 on Street 95 is the legendary little movie theater from the time there was no other big screen in town, located in an original wooden Cambodian house and features an all air conditioned bar and a leafy outside terrace. Its movie room seats 32 people. The Flicks 2 is its little brother in the city center and also screens the must-see movie for all visitors, The Killing Fields, daily in its 16 seats movie room, located on the 2nd floor of a backpackers hotel. Enjoy your movies for only $3.50 per day, with a drink, snacks and homemade fresh popcorn available at the bars! Welcome home!

You can have a look on their website (just search flicks Asia) and you can see the films that are available and at which location. It costs $3.50 per person for any film. We went to location number 3 near the royal palace. The staff...More

Spent an afternoon there, watching all 3 movies showing. The room was comfy, with AC, and we had it all to ourselves woohoo! ''The Killing Fields'' was interesting and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!

While it is no longer the only place in town to see English-language movies, the Flicks is still the best place to see them. Like seeing a movie in your own private theatre, the Flicks is cozy, friendly, and comfortable. Buy a beer and popcorn...More

Good movies, great atmosphere, you can watch films lying on big mattresses. And it's cheap!! Your ticket actually gives access for the full day so you can watch several movies if you want. Food can be ordered and is brought inside.
