I go to Selapak regularly. Been going for more than two years now. Rothana, the head instructor, is simply a fantastic guy to train with. He'll push you beyond your limits, share with you tips coming from his long and successful fighting experience, without ever being too pushy or one of this marine-style instructor who think screaming is the key.... Selapak has a great and very welcoming team. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. Discovering Apsara & Yukathun Khom (I even know how to write it now) through Sen & Rothana makes it an unforgettable experience.

The group class was with expats, visiting fighters, and some local guys working on their skills. Selapak is trying to keep ancient Khmer arts alive... More

You can be regular member for class room or just visit the place as a tourist to enjoy an initiation or a demonstration. Prices are... More
