Located on a very very busy roundabout. Nice to see as a main landmark of the city but no need to hang around for long as there's nothing else there to see once you take your photos. Take a Tuk Tuk to drive past that's your best way to view it.

Located in the center of the main boulevard, this is one of the landmarks of Phnom Penh. It is beautiful during the day and at night and it is hard to miss.

It is right in the centre of the road. Must be patient when taking photos as vehicles would pass by every now and then. Had nice photo though.

Chances are you'll drive by - NO NEED TO VISIT! Really! It's pretty at night time but there's nothing to see by stopping so have your camera out (but not snatchable by passing motos) to snap some shots!

The monument is a blast! Powerful and grace. Very well preserved. The only thing that I found difficult is to across the plaza and get there. Cars, bikes, tuktuks, motorcycles; all coming on a non stop way. Nice pictures and history

I walked to there from my hotel. The momentum is in the middle of a roundabout but the area around it is quite nice and well laid out and there are some other interesting statues etc to see

We visited the monument at night and it looked spectacular. The roads don't have much traffic and absolutely no noise. We sat in a park nearby and just observed for good half an hour before cycling away If you don’t have much time you can even miss this one.

The monument itself isn't that big of a deal but it is in this area a lot is happening at night so you should pay it a visit

During the day, it is a common tower. But at night, it rises up among others. It becomes a neck-turner.
