You should just drive by it. It is beautiful, with some incredible history behind it but I wouldn't recommend stopping in the middle of a roundabout and take a look. It's still beautiful even while driving past it on your way to the palace.

Easygoing didn't cost anything to go there the locals gather around at night and dance great to watch close to restaurants and the water front all flat easy walking
