You really cannot stop here as it is at one of the busiest roads and intersections in the city but it is certaiinly worth asking your driver to drive around it a few times for a video or photo

The monument is best seen lit at night. However you are likely to see it on most evening tuk tuk trips round town. It is surrounded by the usual hectic Phnom Penh traffic

Beautiful landmark, even glorious at night with good lighting. Best sites for photographers and selfies. I wish they allow us to go inside the monument and see the bone relics they've kept there.

The city centre space is wonderful. The scale is big but not overpowering. These monuments could be better interpreted for western visitors.

not the most beautiful or stunning monument in Penh that i can consider, but i did happen to see this during sunset on my trip to Penh. It was very beautiful to see the sunset over the monument casting a beautiful background.

Driving through the city at night when we arrived this monument stood out like a beacon. It is beautifully lit at night and is a roundabout for traffic.
