It's my first time goin' here but it looks like almost same with central market, but with more tennants and more kind stuff sellin' here, you can find anything in here, food, goodies, etc. For a cheaper price, a lot more cheaper than central market, but you still need to bribe the seller, otherwise you maybe get a high prices.... This market is not as large as the Central market, but still attracts many tourists looking for a bargain. Rather dark inside and poorly ventilated, overcrowded, and does not have a large number of traders. Focussed mostly on clothing from China, Indonesia and Thailand. The merchandise looks alright, and yes you can bargain. Be prepared to be jostled around in... More

I went to the Russian market from riverside, tuktuk 3$ you can get almost everything here tourists need, or locals, or the guy from the pitstop ad. I enjoyed my stay even if I did not buy anything.

You can buy all sorts of stuff here. There are a lot of clothes, luggage, fruit and souvenirs. Make sure you bargain with them. I found some of them will not bargain in this market, so i just walked away. Most stuff you can get for a couple of dollars less. They all take US dollars since they have 2... More

I braced myself for this visit, heat and crowds are not my favourites. But it was SO do-able! Top tip: get there before 09.00. The aisles are fairly empty, but the stalls are open, stall holders enjoying breakfasts, bantering with each other, showing off their little children to each other, it was easy to walk up and down left &... Look I'll be honest, these markets are all pretty samey. But if you're in Phnom Penh and you want souvenirs for a reasonable price, this is the place. Remember to bargain, but not too hard.

The Russian Market is a bustling spot where you can grab some souvenirs to take home. We found a little noodle spot in the centre of the market and loved the opportunity to stop, eat and watch the goings on.

You may want to go here for the atmosphere but it really wasn't a very good market as far as prices go. The whole place is cramped, crowded, hot and often smelly around the food ends. The night market was way better!

Marvellous place for steals (pun intended). However you must be well versed with the authenticity check yourself. Tee Shirts and shorts go at about 5usd per piece and it's a great steal esp when most of the clothes are stolen real factory products. Their shirts quality is good and I bought wonderful authentic cambodia shorts at just 5usd each! I... More

The Russian market was so very dissapointing lots of rude rude people. I spent a total of 25 minutes and most of that time I was looking for a way out. I got confused with the money and the man at the stall got very nasty. I was fearful for my safety so I will stick to organised tours.
