Each Saturday the Wat Sok Pa Luang hold English conversation 3:00-4:00 pm and then vipassana meditation 4:00-5:00pm. Peaceful, calming and serene. The meditation had a great energy.

Really enjoyed the Vipassana meditation sessions offered by the Monks. Well worth trying. It's lovely to spend time chatting with them as they practise their English too.

I rode my bicycle there and found a pretty desolate template with no sign of people. Only if I read other folks' comment beforehand, I could have use that time to do something else.

It burns on June 2013 and it doesn't work from july. So it's better you ask at your hotel if they know some typical herbal sauna.

I am not aware of the possibility of a massage or spa at this Buddhist temple. I think it is unlikely.
