Don't arrive too much after 4:00 as it is a government facility and they do shut down following government hours. Go for a late afternoon when the sun isn't too punishing. Great views and a nice history.

Seriously I really love being here at night. The lighting itself is just spectacular and it gives me the feeling as if I'm in front of the Taj Mahal or something being here. Gave me wonderful memories.
