Awesome trip with Four Seasons! I did a 6-day Gobi Desert tour off-season, and I was also a little apprehensive being a solo female traveler. I specifically sought out this company as a woman-owned business (Ogi) and also for the fact that the tour guide was a woman (Mishka). From the get go, Ogi was extremely responsive and tailored the tour specifically to my needs, priorities, and schedules. She made sure to think of everything, and answered any and all questions I had. Once on the tour, Mishka was such a great guide - as well as cook! I was a little worried about all the meat served in Mongolia, but the meals that Mishka prepared were considerate of Western diets and were very very tasty!! Nyaama was an excellent driver - I have no idea how he was able to navigate the challenging dirt roads of the Gobi without using a map or technology, but he is very experienced, knowledgeable, and safe! Him and Mishka were super attentive to me and making sure I was warm, comfortable, and safe throughout the tour. Beautiful views, amazing experience, and excellent service!! Thank you to Four Seasons Mongolia - would definitely recommend them!!

We had a great trip in Mongolia last year for 10 days with Ogi's plan and guided by Adya. This year we only had 3 days to travel but Ogi quickly made a plan for us. She picked places we couldn't visit last year.
It was a short trip but we still managed to enjoy many beautiful sceneries. Adya was so quick to spot wild animals while driving, we saw foxes, eagles and hundreds of gazelles. Adya and our driver Uizen were really good company and we enjoyed talking with them. Uizen is a great photographer as well!
Adya is a wonderful guide and taught us many things about Mongolia. She also makes a good judgment of time and planned the day's schedule efficiently. Especially it was very special to have breakfast at White Stupa and our last lunch in the middle of nowhere! She cooks nice meals.
Since this was our second holiday in Mongolia, we were very relaxed and didn't worry anything. Sleeping in the Nomad family's guest ger was again our highlight. We enjoyed learning about their lifestyle and we even got a chance to cuddle a little baby:)
Thanks Ogi, Adya and Uizen. We really had a great time.

My very first delighting experience with Four Seasons Travels started when receiving prompt reply from Ogi from my inquiry about having travel package for 4-day tour around UB. Within hours, my intended package for 2 persons with a private car, driver and English-speaking guide was settled, including arrangement for Visa-on-Arrival application. To my surprise, Ogi did not ask for any advance payment, and I believed her package price was very competitive compared with other operators.
Ogi personally welcome us in the Airport (an almost 2-hour drive from downtown UB amidst traffic), provided local currency for exchange (at best rate) and handed us over to the guide and driver. Both of them are very nice person, positive attitude (always willing to explain, take multiple photo shoots, offer for stops along the roads), all smiling and singing. The guide speaks perfect English (being ex-English school teacher before), and the driver also always accompanied us during the multiple stops (never just staying in the car).
The sceneries were fantastic, weather was just fine (not yet too cold), foods were delicious (at times both of them cooked fresh foods for us by themselves), tourist ger camp was nice & new (with separate hot shower ger), nomadic family yurt stay was good, car drive was quite comfortable & safe.
At end of our trip, Ogi intended to bid farewell to us but we could not meet her as we went out, but she left us with nice souvenirs and with great 5-Star service quality experience that we can only strongly recommend to others!
P.S. Some advice/preparation:
- Anticipate for very bad road traffic inside/surrounding UB city (driving time from city center to airport in the morning weekday took almost 2 hours)
- Visa-on-Arrival is possible and quick, but the on-the-spot fee is rather expensive (USD 95)
- Most toilet facilities on countryside are just very rudimentary
- Tourist Camp location can be quite difficult to find, need to check well in advance

Back in early-mid July 2023, I contacted a couple of tour companies asking if they could accomodate my interests for a tour within Mongolia.
I wanted to visit Hustai Park again (last seen in 2015) and I wanted to see the Mid-Spetember 2023 Eagle Festival. Of the 5 companies I contacted I settled with Four Seasons Travel.
Ogi at Four Season was very responsive. Of course, it was close to if not during the Nadaam Games when I started my travel enquiries, so the Mongolian travel companies were very busy at the time.
I got what I wanted, Hustai for a few days, Eagle Festival for a few more, plus some time with an eagle hunter in private.
Ogi aranged drivers and english speaking guides for us, (a party of two) in Hustai and in Ulgii. They were extremely helpful.
The first part of the tour was in Hustai and the search for Przewalski Horses went very well.
Emujin and Temmer (spelling??) knew the area and were familar with where to find the horses. I got many great photos. Ogi had arranged very good accomidation in Hustai, the only Ger with an attached toilet in the area we camped at! Our vehicle for the first part of the trip, and for hotel to airport at the end was a comfortable SUV.
I wish we had avoided a last minute add on. It was a visit to a Mongolian Heritage type of event that we stopped at on the way back to Ulaanbaatar fron Hustai. Some interesting things were learned here and I got a few more good photos but I think we picked up some sort of virus. There were about 25-30 poeple in a couple of Gers at a time with no ventilation and a few people were coughing a lot....
We then moved onto the Eagle Festival part of the tour. Maka and Eska were guide and driver this time. Again, I was quite pleased with the photo opportunities that we ecnountered. The overnight accomidations were a little less than I expected in Ulgii but then, this part of Mongolia is not really a 5 star hotel destination. It is quite basic and I would suppose that due to our late booking that most of the better hotels had been fully booked. I was glad we were able to fit it in and be fit in. The vehicle we used for the Eagle festival part of the trip was a very basic russian van/jeep. It got the job done but was not very comfortable for long distance driving, and we did a 5 hour drive from Ulgii to Khovd.
My partner became quite ill on the last leg of the tour at the end of the Eagle Festival. And I became ill during our stop in China. I suspect we picked something up during our Mongolian Heritage stop.
I would advise future travelers to consider avoiding enclosed spaces packed with many tourists.
Mongolia is a large country with an interesting mix of cultures in different regions. The people are very friendly.
Overall I was impressed with what Ogi/Four Seasons Travel was able to arrange for us on such short notice and the price was quite affordable.

Went somehow unprepared, didn’t have the time to make any research about the weather and map of our itinerary, i have trusted entirelly on the agency, and well i did, as these guys weee/are professional, well documented and well prepared. I liked everything about this trip: the nature is unbelivably majestic, it is a space arhitecture, the people are kind and generous, and there are lots of funny and nutritious, even if very different of what we used to, things to taste and drink, most of them for the first time in life. Did not get borred one single day. It was an adventure above expectations, the roughness sometime of the lodging conditions is actually relaxing and detaching. Loved it all

We learned so much about Mongolian culture in 3 short days. We were prepared to be full tourists and were not disappointed - rode camels and horses and yaks. Hiked in the semi-Gobi. Stayed in gers with private bathrooms attached! Ate a LOT of meat, drank fermented horse milk and milk tea, saw some gorgeous landscape and met some of the most welcoming people imaginable. Our guide, Emu, was absolutely wonderful - so easy going and fun and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Four Seasons.

Our 4-day, 3 night tour, expertly organised by Ogi at Four Seasons Travel, provided us with amazing and varied experiences of Mongolia. With Adya as our guide and a driver expert at off-road travel and avoiding wandering livestock on the roads, we experienced authentic life in a nomad settlement, incredible history at Karakorum and glorious landscapes. It was a thrill to spot the native horses and Siberian marmots in their natural habitats, and beautiful birdlife. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome. A very special experience.

During my visit, although it was a short visit, I saw Mongolia is a country with a unique nomadic culture, long and remarkable history, and amazing sightseeing especially in the mountainside. My tour was handled by Four Seasons Travel, PIC was Miss Ogi. I really appreciate and satisfy on her excellent services. Ogi was always very responsive on every email & whatsapp sent to her. She and her team has taken care on everything during the tour. The driver was professional, he has always provided good arrangement during the visits. If someone wants to visit Mongolia in the near future, I highly recommend Ogi to be your tour organizer.

Ogi designed a custom 3 day 2 night tour for us leaving from UB. Our guide, Emu and driver, Bataa were excellent and they took good care of us, teaching us about herder families and about nomadic life in Mongolia. It was the perfect way to end our trip!
