All of our trips are tailor made to the solo traveler or to small groups. For Family Vacations, for people who want to film or photograph, people who want to fish in Mongolia, and a day or two days tours from Ulaanbaatar for Trans-Siberian travelers in Mongolia. Because Mongolia is so wide and diverse with unique culture, you will have the opportunity to see many things in a short amount of time according to our program. By your five senses, you will feel part of the unique culture of Mongolia with each tour you take with us. We have close relationship with local nomads in order to promote community based tourism and support their sustainability. We have a network with nomadic and indigenous people in the Gobi Desert, Eastern steppe, Central grasslands, Northern Taiga Tsaatan people and Altai Mountain.

The itinerary had been amazing! It was our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time in Mongolia. We have specified that we do not wish to rush, would like an easy trip with a bit of hike, experience living with the nomads, and mainly site visits. Megan, our guide is very eloquent in english and helpful. Our driver Baza is a star driver, mysteriously navigating the terrain without GPS, all at the back of his mind! He certainly had a tough score on the roads that were heinous and technically challenging. Most importantly, he had our greatest respect with the passengers safety in mind. Our stay with the nomad family had been out of this world- The husband Amaraa and wife Tuul made us feel at home. We laughed alot despite not speaking one another's language, and we strangely connected like we knew one another. If you would like to experience an authentic stay with the nomads, we would strongly recommend visitors to request a stay with this pair of kind and lovely couple. Food had been the best with their dedicated home-made, healthy and sustainable eating. Thank you New Miles for the good times!

After our 12 day tour in South Korea, our group of three couples decided to stop over in Ulaanbaatar for 4 days before returning to San Francisco. My wife and I previously took a wonderful 14 day tour throughout Mongolia. So we wanted our friends to have a brief experience in Mongolia. Through Adiyabold, I booked airport transfers and one and one-half private day tours in Ulaanbaatar. Our driver, Jack, and guide, Megan, were excellent. Every portion of their services were professional, personable, and enjoyable.

Wow! What a wonderful and unforgettable experience! Megan was our guide and she patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. Our tour of four days had no rushes and no surprises. My friend and I had a great time in Mongolia!

We've seen pictures and paintings of the stunning Mongolian countryside but with New Milestone Tours, we experienced it first-hand. We spent the day with a nomadic family in the Khustai mountains. They welcomed us into their daily routine by sharing food, songs, stories, laughter, and traditions. Tedy and his team care about you having an unforgettable experience and it shows in how they do business. The New Milestone team also gave us advice on what other cultural activities we could do in Ulaanbaatar. I plan to book with them again in the future and highly recommend New Milestone Tours for anyone that is visiting Mongolia for the first time. Thank you, Tedy!

We loved our experience in Mongolia with new milestone tours.
Our guide, Anujin, Was very kind and always making sure that we were having a great time and answering all our questions. I can’t think of any better guide and we definitely had such a great experience in Mongolia thanks to her :) Also, our driver, Bayaraa, was very fun and easy going, always stopping for pictures if we wanted!
New Milestone Was very flexible with our schedule as we only had two full days in Mongolia but they made sure that we Did everything we wanted even though we didn’t have much time. They also replied very fast to every email and question we asked before our trip and explained everything in detail, from the itinerary to the prices. The payment was also very easy to make as they accept credit card.
I would recommend this tour company to anyone thinking on traveling to Mongolia and we really hope to come back soon and book another tour with them.

We simply had the most wonderful trip in Mongolia in August 2023.
We had chosen the 9 days Amazing Gobi and Central Mongolia tour, which gave us a chance to experience varied landscapes, weathers, and cultural encounters of all kinds.
We have difficulties pinpointing what we enjoyed the most: we saw the majestic statue of Genghis Khan, we climbed on the Khongor sand dunes, we did hiking in the Yol Canyon, we went horse-riding by the Orkhon Waterfalls, we explored the Flaming Cliff and we got to know nomads’ families.
Even more than a great cultural encounter, we appreciated the kindness and guidance of our guide and the experience of our driver who rode his car in the bumpiest roads ever…
“Beyond our expectations” is probably the best way to describe the responsiveness, service, and competence of the company we had chosen, from the day we got in touch via their website to the day we left.
We can only recommend visiting Mongolia wholeheartedly.

I was part of a twelve person tour planed by New Milestone. While our group was on the larger side for many of the trips they run, Adiya did an excellent job designing the tour around our interests. The highlights are too numerous to mention in this review but you don’t need me to list them out, just talk to Adiya about your interests. Over three weeks we traveled from Ulaanbaatar south to the Gobi Desert, then west to the Altai Mountains where we met eagle hunters and lastly north to Murun for horse trekking to a nomadic reindeer community. We were happy with everything planned by New Milestone including attractions, accommodations, drivers, cooks and of course our excellent guide/translator. The overall cost was better than the larger, more well known companies. The experience was definitely at the top of all the trips I’ve done in many places around the world. I hope to make it back some day and wouldn’t even consider another tour company.

We used New Milestone Tours to hire a driver to take us around different locations at Terelj Park for the day. Ulzii was prompt with our pickup at UB. He drove us to the Chinggis Khan Statue, an area to see birds, a restaurant, and Turtle Rock. He was knowledgeable about the different stops to check out and patiently waited for us to finish exploring before we headed to the next stop. Riding camels and holding the birds were out-of-pocket expenses, but if you told Ulzii that those were some activities that you wanted to do, then he could drive you to the right locations. A fun, action-packed day!

New Milestone provided amazing, fast, and helpful care of me during my stay in Mongolia. They picked me up from the airport, recommended great places to eat, set up meetings with families in Mongolia, took me to museums in the city, and took me on a day trip through Huvstai National Park. The service and responsiveness were top notch from day one. I plan to come back next year with my family and do a longer tour with them in the summer. New Milestone is an amazing tour company. They will cater your experience to what you want to do and help you do it for affordable prices. Try them out, it will be amazing!

We were able to enjoy the majestic Genghis Khan Statue and learn of it's history. Our guide was Adiyabold Namkhai and he was very knowledgeable about the history and significance of the events surrounding this site. Afterwards, we were taken to a nearby hotel and were able to sample some authentic Mongolian food which we thoroughly enjoyed! I highly recommend Milestone Tours to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and experienced guide!

Has anyone used New Milestone Tours for their 7 day tour into taiga to meet the reindeer people or their 5 day tour to Altai Tavan Bogd? Would love to hear peoples experience / advise, as I can only find reviews on their day trip out of Ulaanbaatar. thank you! :)

We lived in Mongolia for two years and know the proprietor (Adiyabold) well. We have not taken the particular tour with him that you are referring to but consider him to be a very good man who will provide you with the best experience possible in Mongolia. We have done other tours with him and enjoyed them thoroughly.
