Megazone sounds good from its name but in reality it has many shortcomings. The space here for arcade games and other stuff is very conjusted and you can not enjoy to full extent due to over crowded place.
The food courts are highly overpriced and substandard.
The parking spaces are also very limited which makes it a very bad experience to visit with your family.

I visited the park recently and had a disappointing experience. The limited space and lack of diverse games left much to be desired. Additionally, the inadequate parking space added to the overall frustration, making it less than ideal for a pleasant outing.

Megazone sounds like a great place but it isn't. It has several glitches throughout that make a visit there not quite rewarding.
Starting from the overcrowding - there is a lot of people visiting here, especially on weekends. So you shouldn't be surprised if you have to wait for more than a couple of hours for your turn on laser tag and bowling.
The laser tag is bad. The vests are not in functioning condition - at least a considerable portion of them. During the game, my vest kept 'dying' randomly, even when I was under cover. Also, I was shooting at my opponents point blank at the vest and still there vests didn't shut down. Plus the play area is just a bunch of cardboard sprung up, no strategic obstacles anywhere.
The bowling experience was the only good thing about Mega Zone. It went smoothly but the shoes they provide are worn out and often torn up, owing to misuse. This is why you may trouble controlling your slide as your approach the bowling lane.
The worst about this establishment is the food court, Cafe Zone. The service is horrible and overpriced and the food is very bad. I got diarrhea after eating their club sandwich. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Finally, arcade games and play area is limited, in the light of the amount of people visiting. The shops are overpriced. Didn't get a chance to visit the gym/swimming pool,

The guy Bakht who works at VR area is extremely corrupt, he exploits you for money and wouldn't even inform if the system isn't working. On top of all he is a misogynist and would pass comments such as "we don't listen to the girls they might find the games too scary." What? This is a VR experience how is it scary? He made the experience very crappy.

Well i have been going to this place since 1995-6. It was then called hotshot club and too many youth was used to enjoy the facilities like bowling, gamings, resturants, shopping, pool and gym etc. Then in an unfortunate incident in 1999, a high profiled young islamabad resident was shot and killed by some drunk guy and then club lease was cancelled and whole property was closed by CDA for at least 8-10 years. Now 3-4 years ago opened again with Megazone name but lacks its famous 1st floor resturant. All games need refurbishment. Pool and bowling are still good. Overall still best place to spend time in Islamabad.

The Bowling Alley gets pretty crowded during the weekends but is adequate in functionality & cost. Theres a lot of variety when it comes to the various different sizes of the Bowling Balls. The place could certainly use a fast food restaurant to cater to the crowds here.

Place is good for bowling specially besides that swimming and Gym is also pretty good but congested space sucks overall that was a good experience.

Islamabad otherwise lags behind other cities of Pakistan when it comes to entertainment so a place like this has to be good enough I guess. Bowling during an evening is good time pass and lots of fun if you are really into it. The facility itself is good but the other stores/ shops nearby are just usual. Wont grade it as a place one would love to go again and again.

Probably its the only bowling alley at Islamabad,which is good yet crowded.There are few wierd shops on the ground floor and few restaurants.Arcade games are also available.To me this place is average and is of interest only for who like bowling

Parking space is so congested. Game variety is also limited due to which people get bore instead of getting entertained. Ambiance is also poor. Lightining and seating are inadequate and uncomfortable. Gaming controllers and other equipments are also obsolete causing frustation.Desperately need to update and upgrade these mentioned things.
