My husband and I bought a beautiful blue sapphire bracelet here. It was a bit big for my wrist so Fazal, the shop owner, kindly (and creatively) offered to remove a portion off from the end and make it into a necklace pendant. In the end I had a beautiful bracelet and a necklace! Fazal is also very knowledgeable about his gems, my husband studied geography/geology and can attest to Fazals knowledge and passions for his gems. Fazal has even been so kind to follow up with us a year after we purchased the bracelet to help with any issues. I hope to return back to Colombo to shop more at Fazal’s Jewel Qudsi! …

While on a cruise last year we had time after our tour to visits the port shops. Rizvil helped us look at the sapphires and other gems. He was most helpful and easy to work with. Although we didn’t buy, he gave us his card and told us to keep in touch in case we changed our minds. Very helpful to know we were able to contact him easily.…

I visited four different jem stores before I bought my wifes sapphire ring at Jewel Qudsi. Best service. Good price. Great quality. They let me take it outside to see the Gem in the natural light. They covered the cost to ensure that the gem matched the description with the Sri Lankan National Gem Institute, a few blocks away.…

I have bought a wonderful pedant while being on the cruiser. It was so beautiful, I 've never seen something similar and couldn't stop staring at it. All covered with saphires, emeralds and diamonds looked like a magic jewel which belongs to the queen of the seas. I recommand everyone to stop here and look at some of pieces of arts.
