Although only seeing this from the train whilst departing Tashkent for Almaty it certainly looks impressive. wished we had time to visit during our stay in Tashkent - a regrettable missed opportunity !!!

Tashken TV tower is a must visit place. It is one of the tallest tower in the world build in the USSR era. There is a entry fee of $15 for foreign visitors. Photography / Video shooting Not allowed. At ticket counter you have to keep your mobiles & cameras in lockers provided. There is a display of scaled models... More

Gives a very impressive view of the city.If I am not wrong , a ride on the ropeway is really fantastic .Spend 2-3 hours in the complex & you will return with a great sense of satisfaction !!!

If you will decide to see Tashkent by bird's-eye - then you sould visit Tashkent TV tower. you will be fascinated by views of Tashkent. You can also see the exhibition of mini TV towers of the whole world.

Visiting the TV Tower itself is a disappointing and nearly pointless endeavour (please, keep reading for the BUT). Why, you may ask? Well: 1) The level to which you are permitted to ascend is not very high up at all (about 100 metres) and while views from there are great, they are not overly so. Speaking of views: 2) No... More

Tashkent TV tower is really a pride to watch upon in Tashkent / beautiful & centrally located / a must watch / its your wid=sh if you want to go up & take a top view of tashkent

Imposible to pay in euros they only accept dolars or soms, turists pays seven times more than uzbec people. No photos, no celulars, all is forgiven inside

The tower looks more impressive from the outside. No photographs are permitted however the views are not that impressive are and not worth 45, 000!

You can get a full view of the city if you visit this TV tower, but we just saw this 375 meters high TV tower from outside only.

A sparking new restaurant with a full circle view. It was very ell appointed and the food was excellent. The novelty of moving around and admiring the view was fun.
