A very nice place built up by the Government. A non stop flame is there like what we have in India Gate in Delhi. A memoir which is week built I would say.....and well maintained.......

This is a very beautiful square just inside the city. You can go there by using the subway. I recommend you to go there in summer because I've been told that the atmosphere is more beautiful when the weather is better and when there are more people. Besides, they were cleaning the pool for summer when we were there so... More

Overall very beautiful place. You can spend quality time with your friends. I visited at the time of new year. It has beautifully decorated archa tree which looks more beautiful in evening.

This square left us nothing impressive given its park like location has a bloc like buildings, unassuming traditional buildings and giant but unpleasant statues. Plus many soldiers guarding the places make it uncomfortable to walk.

This is a very pleasant area to walk through in the centre of Tashkent and enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. It is not recommended to try to take a photo of the Parliament Building from here.

A very nice and well maintained area surrounded by well maintained gardens and parks and in October you have the golden leaves floating down like snow. Independence Square contains the Internal Flame and the "Crying Women" memorial, very touching.
