We took a tour for a 20-30 USD and enjoyed views and fresh sea wind. Locations we passed were very beatiful, palaces, mosques, skyline of historic areas. perfect

it was great seeing two continents being so near each other. there are many ferrys available, you dont really need any tour or expensive excursion. 15 Lira and you will have a Bosphorus tour for yourself.

You should absolutely visit the Bosphorus. It is a geographical landscape but you will see the wealth of Turkey exposed as pavilions and yalis on the strait. Many restaurants you can access by boat.

Beautiful. Heaps of ferries. Lots of restaurants under the bridge very pushy to get you to eat. The views from both sides of the side river (central Istanbul). Could do in two days if ambitious

Bosphorus cruise is a must when you travel to Istanbul. The cruise is available from Eminonu near the spice bazaar. Must take both day and night cruise.
