A nuce area to discover in Kadikoy, filled with small shops, boutiques, restaurants, groceries, fish market, etc. Always busy, and active. You can spend half a day at least there. Easy access from Europran side by ferry, 20-25 mn max

I went with my friends. It was a normal place. We hindsight. It wasn't too big. We traveled the coast. There weren't too many luxury places. Sultanahmet was not as great as it was.

First of all it depends on how and where you will arrive to Kadikoy... If you mean by boat, it is a bit far to walk. I would suggest a taxi.
