Please make sure you visit this museum when in Istanbul. Great art, nice building and a fine place to eat. The cafe is really nice and has great view.

I liked the selection of modern Turkish artists as well as the excellent library and exhibition space provided for international artists.

Great modern museum. I enjoyed nearly every piece in the Museum. The surprise was how many women artists are represented here. The space - a converted warehouse (?) - is spot on as well. A must see for anyone with a passion for Contemporary Art.

The museum has a solid, well-exhibited permanent collection of painting and sculpture. We were there for a week, but for people on ships, the museum is basicly at the cruise ship port, and wll worth a visit.

Great art venue, nice cafe, pity about my view being the lifeboat of the massive cruise ship parked right outside. What a huge disappointment. At least the art was wonderful.

Sitting pretty with an age-old air about it, Karakoy
is situated on the European side of the Bosphorus at
the mouth of the Golden Horn. Perhaps the city’s most
historically significant area, it’s currently one of
the most happening parts of town as well. Here street
vendors and alfresco fish restaurants line the banks
of the Horn where the views of major attractions
across the water rival Karakoy’s own key attractions,
