Great place to visit - a unique Wadi in the middle of a city, there are great places to eat there (two of the best Falafels in Haifa), a charming market, a pita bakery, and a few other unique stores. It is like a chapter from another book... highly recommended for a stroll, a snack, or with kids.

I went to Haifa to visit a friend and she took me to Wadi Nisnas. I loved everything about it. So much local art, lovely little homes, welcoming authentic Arab restaurants! I have nothing negative to say. It's a delightful place.

This was truly worth the walk. So many little falafel places, old architecture, and a great cultural experience.

This neighborhood, down Khoury Street from the Solel Boneh Carmelit metro station, is well known for its souk, and if that's what you're looking for you're bound to be disappointed. First, a lot of people can't find it (look for Wadi Street on your phone), and when they do, they're disappointed to find it's very small, only a couple of... More

it is the Arabic part of Haifa, a small vegetables market, some restaurants. Some of the people there are very nice, some, not enough. Most are just rude youngsters, the place is quite dirty, it's a road open to cars, so cars drive fast, it is narrow so you must "hug" the walls not to get crushed.

lovely architecture, "poetry streets" everywhere -- i could tell that this would have been a lot of fun to visit any other day of the year. Am writing this review mainly to save someone else my error. Found one of the relatively few places in Israel that's closed on Christmas!

For 11 months of the year, Wadi Nisnas is merely the best known Arab neighborhood in Haifa, and sports a popular produce market. In December it becomes the center of activities of Haifa’s yearly event “The Holiday of Holidays”, a street festival marking the combined occurrence of Christmas and Chanukka, and sometimes Ramadan as well. The neighborhood becomes a roaring... More
