Path crowded every moment by pilgrims and tourists. Both sides have shops that sell Christian and Jewish Israel stuff. Difficult to walk due to huge crowds.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothing lol a lot of walking and much to see on the walk. The shops, the spices, the sites and sounds. A special place for sure.

Not sure if this was the actual path but it makes sense. What amazed me was how long, narrow and steep the path would have been as it wound up through the city. Hard enough to walk up without carrying a cross. Thank you Jesus

The path approximates the path Jesus took while dragging his cross to his place of crusification. It's an interesting history....it's a busy, crowded pathway that meanders through market areas.

The best way to visit all sites is to have a tour guide, who tells the story of crusafixtion ----things I did not know and the horrendous way people died, and there was NO green hill

These are the busiest streets in the old city. It is nice to walk the streets of Jeruselum but this is very tourist oriented going right through heavy market stalls

Going through the stations signifying the path and suffering of Jesus Christ was spiritually enhancing , making me think how he gave himself up to save humanity from the evils of sin . Feel his path , the narrow roads , the steep uphill climb...More
