Great experience. Water was only ancle deep (a bit deeper riiight in the beginning.) Went with my 11-year old. She loved it. I was just a tad claustrophobic, but still happy we went. The pool of Siloam was great! Apparently from the pool of siloam...More

Such an incredible experience walking this tunnel. Located within the City of David, you have to pay extra to walk the tunnel, and prepare to get wet - at the start of the tunnel the cold water will reach a tall man's hips. Built during...More

Hezekiah's Tunnel is straight from the pages of the Bible: A water tunnel 533 meters long—and just big enough to walk through—was chiseled through solid rock under the original City of David to reroute Jerusalem's precious water source to another Biblical site, the Siloam Pool....More

This was one of my favorite activities in Jerusalem. Fascinating history and amazing ingenuity coupled with an exciting and "wet" adventure! Wear shorts and make sure to have your group turn off the flashlights! The tour exits at the Pool of Siloam.

You read about it in the Bible, and then you see it come alive, exactly the way it has been described in the Bible, and appreciate the incredible engineering that the Israelis did 2700 years ago. Two teams of workers mining a 0.5 km long...More

Ok, this is just a silly thing to do....but, it was an outside-the-box experience I'll never forget. You walk through water (normally only 6 inches or so....but few points up to 30 inches) through an underground tunnel. It's 580 meters long, and surprisingly tiring....walking through...More

This is a must see for tourists and locals alike. We took the English tour which was provided by the venue. It was not expensive at all. The tour was almost 3hrs and covered only the 1st temple period. I was not aware that there...More

Wear shorts and good water shoes as you will be walking in water that can be up to mid thigh high at times(especially at the beginning) and the surface can be slick. You will also need a flashlight, we found a head lamp to be...More
