Masada and the Dead Sea Day Trip from Tel Aviv

741 reviews
Combine visits to the Dead Sea and Masada on this full-day trip from Tel Aviv, a great way to tick off more attractions in less time. Eliminate the hassle of car hire and travel in an air-conditioned coach instead. During at stop at Masada, your guide provides information crucial to understanding the landmark. Back at sea level, float in the salty Dead Sea, where you can book therapeutic treatments (own expense).

I enjoy visiting the Tel Aviv museum often. They have an excellent permanent collection and well curated temporary exhibitions. The interior of the museum is very well designed and spacious. There is a very good art library in the museum.

My wife and I had a delightful Saturday afternoon at the museum . We were surprised by the quality and the quantity of the European paintings , mostly modern. The special exhibits were great . The building is huge and modern. We were not at all crowded as one is in the US or European museums.

Wide range of things to see. What we appreciated the most the impressionist collection. Master pieces to see from pissaro, picasso, van gogh, and many more

Set in two linked buildings, this museum has plenty of art to see. Classical and modern art sit along with installations and some very good temporary exhibitions. At the moment, there is a very good collection of scientific drawings from descriptions of fruit. The new building is a very quirky architectural marvel with aspects that change as one walks around. Worth a visit for this alone. We spent three hours there.
