For any muslim or even strangers/visitors to the beautiful Islamic nation, a trip to this museum is worth your time.
It is quite small and will only take a few minutes of your time.
Entrance is free, but a goodwill donation box is located in the lobby, at your discretion.
Located down at one end of Exhibition Avenue, this museum contains ancient relics in stone and books of the Holy Quran. Some dating back centuries, giving an insight into how long Islam has existed.
Several other Quran gifts donated to the museum from the Royal Family are also on display.

If you are a fan of calligraphy or religious texts this is the place for you. A huge collection of Korans, old and new from all around the world can be found in Beit Al Qur'an. As a non-Muslim, I spent a good half hour admiring very much appreciated the craftsmanship and beauty of the penwork which males up the religious texts. Definitely add a visit here to your list if you are looking for a bit of culture.

Near the Causeway, easy to find. No entry fee. The royal camel stables with over 150 animals. Good for 30 minute walk about and photos. Ask the keepers for the young camels. Slip them 1 or 2 BD for their time. No tourist shops, just the camels. Good for photos - but watch their teeth or beware of being kicked!

An excellent collection of Qurans from around the work. You probably wont come across a museum like this anywhere in the world. Rather dark inside. No written guides provided. Entry fee.

The place is made as a complex for Islamic school , mosque and museum.
The museum is free of charge but you can donate what you want.
A guide called Mohamed joined us in a great tour inside the museum . It is the history of how Quran was written from 1400 years ago till now. The first written Quran with punctuation. Also the first Quran printed and how developed. All translations of Quran. Many interesting information are there.
Try to find a guide , it will help .
No photos allowed in the museum.
It is opened from 9 am till 1 pm , then from 4 pm to 6 pm.
