    Dates are so sweet
    A great selection of dates (and other sweets) from across the Middle East. The place is a bit off the beaten track, but it;s well worth a visit. The selection of dates is very good and the prices are quite low (and bargaining is weklcome)

    “Green Lawn” is a store filled with dates, dates, and more dates—many kinds. One is encouraged to try different varieties. Fun place. It is in a Vegetable and Fruit market area of many stores collected in a strip store arrangement. We exchanged money at the nearby Shouk Almina, which is a mall.

    If you wanna purchase dates, then this is the right place. We purchase our dates and nuts from here. The prices are reasonable. Little cheaper compare to Dubai. Date Chocolates, Nuts, coffee, saffron, raisins, and many more are available here. The choice of spices are limited hence spice souk in Dubai is recommended.

    Was really looking forward to get some good quality dates. We went to Abu-Fahad Food Stuff and Fruit and Basheer really looked after us. We had an opportunity to try various dates, dates in chocolate and stuffed dates, were offered Arabic coffee and water. Amazing hospitality! Ended up with 3kg of dates, date syrup and a huge variation of various chocolate dates. Really well priced and an amazing experience. Thank you Basheer! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

please do not buy any dates from greenlawn. They charge double price you can buy online from amazon or abudhabi fresh mqrket
i had bought the dates yesterday from green lawn they are 120 aed per kg and 60 aed per kg
you will get better deal from any online store
where as you can get it for 25 to 48 aed online per kg

Interesting visit - you can learn a lot about dates

Nicely presented, many types of dates that are indigenous to the area, free tastings and high prices. It is a place to learn about dates and their importance to the Bedouin as well as the economy of the Middle East

I had to come back here.... we're delighted with another brunch. I must say, by far, the best Abu Dhabi brunch.
Our dear guest who joined us, is vegetarian, and she was delighted with the options and depths of flavours on her vegetarian brunch option.
If you appreciate gourmet food with beautiful presentations, you have to try the Kitchen's Market Abu Dhabi. Just that!

Just one of the chocolate covered dates will not be enough!!!

After a full day of exploring Abu Dhabi, my wife and I stopped at Al Raiqa which is a store in the Abu Dhabi Dates Market. When we entered we saw all manner of date products. The staff in Al Raiqa are very wise—they handed out free samples of chocolate covered dates—dark chocolate, milk chocolate and milk chocolate. They were decadent and addictive. I knew I would be buying a couple bags of chocolate covered date as did all of the customers who sampled them! I also purchased a bottle of date syrup. Once I returned home, I realized this syrup is great on pancakes, waffles and French toast.

Bargaining is a necessity in this market, but the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff were cordial and very helpful in locating the date products I was looking for. Just know that once you sample one of the products you will not be able to resist purchasing the delicious products.

What a great way to experience different variety of fresh dates and sweets , free tasting and not too much pressure to purchase everyone is so friendly, I even received a free bottle of water . 5 minute walk from the fish market .

Amazing place. You're given loads of different dates to try, arab coffee and you're welcome by the nicest people. Dates are delicious and very reasonably priced.
