Loved this area to walk around and see many new restaurants. On sundays there is more to do, and a street market. Look at my Usaquen photos for great options of restaurants to try out.

There is a Sunday Market very close from the park where you can buy souvenirs, there are cafés and a great restaurant just in the corner front of the churc unfortunately I cannot remember the name.Highly recommended for walking and spend a relaxed time.

Usaquen is a neighborhood in the northern part of Bogota. It used to be a separate village. The restaurants around the park are very well reviewed. Go there on Sundays for the market: you will find all your artesanal gifts: leather (purses-bags-wallets etc), ponchos, scarfs, great coffee beans, visual art by local artists, etc. Don't miss the Santa Barbara mall: on the lower floor, you will find amazing jewellers that work silver like no other, at very reasonable prices (20 to 100 US dollars). …
