Nice building to see

Only saw the building form the outside. Would be great to see inside. From the outside it looks well cared for and well worth seeing.

When I visited the Presidential Palace it was still open for public. Beautiful, astonishing and fascinating is how I would describe it. To walk trhough the rooms, knowing that there is hundreds of years of history involved. It has a beautiful backyard and you can totally imagine how there were parties held, all those years before. Complete with lampoons and... More

Lovely walk by the water and thru the older part of Paramaribo. Near the heart of the city. Many colonial buildings from the Dutch colonial times.

This stately building is well maintained, painted and attractive in a contemporary way; this is a juxtaposition to the other colonial buildings in the city which are beautiful, but very scruffy. Certainly, the presidential paint pot is a welcome site, and the palace itself stands across from a lovely park; the grass is a touch threadbare, but this central focus... More

Nice walking area to the presidential palace and grounds. Very safe and easy to find. You will walk thru the historical part of Paramaribo.

The Presidential Palace seems to be the only well maintained government building in the whole country, take advantage of it!

Nice to see historical/colonial building. Next to the onafhankelijkheidsplein. Unfortunately there are no tours inside.

Seen as part of our walking city tour prior to moving on to see the rest of the town. A very imposing building.

Recently renovated and the white front is glimmering in the afternoon sun against blue sky and nicely lit in the evening. Definitely worthwhile seeing.
