Norashen Church is a neighbour to Jvaris Mama in Leselidze Street in the old city of Tbilisi. It is an Armenian church, and it is enormous. In Soviet times it was used as a library. Today it is closed.

Norashen church is among the large and old churches in Tbilisi. The façade of the building is very beautiful and eye catching. Entering the church requires one to have modest dress so no shorts.

This a big Armenian church in Tbilisi old town, just on Leselidze street. Unfortunately the church is abandoned, but still you can see the beauty of the building. It is an Armenian church, you can see lots of Armenian stuff there - texts on the walls and Armenian style of construction. Visit this place - anyway you have to pass near it :)
