We attended while in Coptic Cairo not much to see other then a couple slits in the floor to show that it's high above the ground. Interior is worn and smells bad.

The Hanging Church is named for its location above a gatehouse of Babylon Fortress, the Roman fortress in Old Cairo; it also locates near Amr BenAs masjid and Ben Ezr a synagogue.
